Many of you probably know that Jon is doing a year long study of the Exe estuary for his final year project. Well, he took me with him after work on sat (we finished at 5:30am) to catch the sunrise, and I am so glad that I went. The sky was so beautiful, everything took on a golden glow.

We missed the first part of the sunrise as we had to walk a little way to get the the birdhide and platform, but I am still really pleased with my images. It is the first photography I have done in a long time and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
